Yuda Bustara is an internationally recognized Indonesian chef, culinary entrepreneur, and TV personality passionate about making Indonesian food globally accessible. A graduate of Taylor’s College School of Hospitality & Tourism in Malaysia, Yuda sharpened his skills in top kitchens across Melbourne and Kuala Lumpur before returning home to support his family’s vegan restaurant in Jakarta.

Now known as one of Indonesia’s most prominent culinary figures, Yuda is the host of several cooking shows on the Asian Food Channel, including Urban Cook and Home Cooked Indonesia, and served as host of Iron Chef Indonesia. He’s also the proud winner of Netflix’s The Maverick Academy, representing Indonesia on a global stage with bold flavors and cultural pride.

Yuda's influence extends far beyond TV. As a Culinary Diplomat for Indonesia, he has represented the nation’s cuisine across Asia, and regularly collaborates with global tourism boards, embassies, and major brands. Whether teaching cooking classes, curating pop-up experiences, or developing health-focused food content, his mission remains the same: to inspire people to cook simple, honest, and delicious food rooted in Indonesian heritage.
